Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel all or a portion of an agreed upon purchase relating to our services, without charge or penalty by providing notice of your desire to cancel by emailing support@tixta.com within 10 calendar days of purchase.

Please include your name, Instagram handle, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.  Unless otherwise cancelled as provided above, all sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds or money-back guarantees.  You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances after 10 days.

Auto-Renewal
At the conclusion of the initial term, unless the client provides written notice of termination via email to support@tixta.com within 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term, the agreement will automatically renew for an additional term of equal duration (“Renewal Term”).
